Is NixIt really free?

Yes. The calendar, tasks, goals, Circles, and the app are free for everyone, with no card and no clock, and Pathfinder is rolling out now. The only thing that costs money is the assistant you text.

What does the $10 get me?

A conversation. Text NixIt anything: the thing you're avoiding, a question, a plan for tomorrow. It breaks it down, remembers, and checks back. Turn it on or off any time.

Does NixIt help with ADHD task paralysis and executive function?

Yes. NixIt breaks tasks down smaller than most people would on their own, so you can actually start. A beta tester with ADHD put in "a few phone calls I keep putting off," NixIt broke it down further, and they made three phone calls in 15 minutes.

Who sees what?

You decide. You choose who joins your Circle and what each person can see. Nothing is shared by default, sharing is reversible, and there are no backdoor dashboards or deficit reports. A teenager's conversations belong to the teenager.

How do professionals pay?

One seat per professional, monthly. Practitioner is $59 and Coordinator is $99, and you can start on your own at nixitcoach.com. Your first 30 days are onboarding, and billing starts on day 31. Admin is $149, one per organization of two or more; book a demo and we set your team up with you. The individuals and families a seat supports join free.

Logging in

You don't need a password. On the log in page, ask for a magic link and we'll email you one.
Prefer a password? Use "Forgot password" on the log in page to set a new one.

Your data

Download everything: in the app, go to Settings, then Export my data.
Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings, then Delete my data. This can't be undone.
Coaches and practitioners: email [email protected] to export practice data or close your account. We'll handle it for you.

People and connections

Leave a Circle: open the Circle and choose Leave Circle.
Disconnect from a coach: open your coach connection in the app and choose Disconnect. Your account and your Circle stay yours.
